An Open Letter from God

At the conclusion of the song, My Sweet Lord, George Harrison sings the following lyrics:
This verse is from the Vedas and is usually recited before starting out on a new endeavor, to seek the blessings of the teacher. By invoking these verses Harrison calls upon the three manifestations of the Supreme Brahman or the "Trimurti" (the "Threesome").
While the above appear to be three distinct entities, Harrison acknowledges that they are in fact ONE and the same — "PARABRAHMA" — CREATOR, PRESERVER, DESTROYER.
Harrison calls them his "GURU" (i.e., Teacher) and humbly bows before them and seeks their blessings in his endeavor.
